Irish Dexter Beef is naturally more tender than other beef and contains more Omega-3 fatty acids. Dexter Beef is considered to provide a superior eating experience over other breeds. Additionally, due to the smaller size of Dexters, they do have a smaller meat yield, takes up less freezer space, making it a bit easier for a family to purchase a whole cow and store it.
Our Irish Dexter Beef Steers are grassfed and have never have received antibiotics. We give our cows Organic Sea Kelp and Remond Salt for minerals.
Once we receive your deposit we will contact you with the next available butcher date.
Final Price is $6.75 per pound hanging weight plus the actual cost of butchering fees, paid to the butcher shop.
The butcher will provide a final hanging weight at processing.
The deposit will be deducted from the final payment due.
A Final Invoice will be sent to you prior to pick up. Final Payment Must be made prior to pickup. The butcher will not release the meat without final payment.
An order form from the Butcher Shop will be sent to you so that you can custom order how you would like your beef processed.
All deposits are final and non-refundable unless Belle Meadow Farms LLC is unable to deliver on your Beef Order.
